Shipping & Delivery


We use UPS as our preferred shipping method, but, also US Mail Service if needed . We use all effort to ship your order within 24 hours. Orders placed today, will most likely ship the next business day. If by some reason we are out of stock of a certain item that you have ordered, we will make every effort to contact you by phone or e-mail to change your order or inform you when it will be available. UPS shipment schedule is as follows: you don't count the day it is shipped, but, the number of days after that is your delivery time. Do not count the weekend days. EX. Second Day Air ships Monday and will arrive on Wednesday or Second Day Air ships on Friday and is delivered on Tuesday. If shipping is delayed for weather related situations, we are not financialy responsible for delayed merchandise or for the refund of shipping fees.
